How come I can’t find either publicise or sharing in my settings. I didn’t set up this blog but would like to take more control of it. Where can i get these facilities?

After visiting your blog, I guessed that you are not using your dashboard for a long time. Go explore your dashboard or Learn WordPress.com. It would be real fun.

Hi, I looked at settings, neither option is listed. I do need to learn more about word press. I’m thinking of setting up another site just for the experience. This one is meant to be commercial and I can’t risk messing it up.

Can you give the url of your blog? If your blog is hosted on WordPress.COM then the option should be there otherwise you are talking about your WORDPRESS.ORG blog. This information might be useful for you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org

It must be that my blog is on WordPress Org as it is hosted by my web designer on his server. May that is why I can’t find those things in the settings. My url is Home Study UK

You’re in the wrong forum, I’m afraid. Support for self-hosted WordPress blogs such as yours is at http://wordpress.org/support/
I’m sure you’ll find assistance to install the required plugin there.
