sharing buttons not appearing below posts?

  I’ve tried every which way to add the “official share buttons” at the bottom of my posts, but am unable to do so. I read through the help section, but the “Sharing Buttons” tab under Configuration->Sharing is blank. Also tried to fix this via the section in the WP Admin section (under Settings->Sharing) and the section for “available services” is blank, so I’m unable to add any “new” buttons to the “enabled services” feature. I selected for the “official buttons” to appear, but still nothing.

  I see the buttons appear in the preview mode, leading me to believe something is wrong on my end…? However, could this be a glitch in the system? I’m super confused as to how to get these buttons added to the end of the post–they disappeared when I changed my layout. Thanks for the help!

  Hey Marianne,

  Currently, I’m actually seeing the original sharing buttons at the bottom of your posts. Here’s a screenshot, I’ve highlighted them in red:

  It could be an issue with your browser which is not displaying the updated buttons. What you should do is clear your browser’s cache/cookies and try again. :)

  Same issue with me. I’ve done everything recommended, and my sharing buttons, which were visible when the site was made, have now disappeared. They no longer show up for me to drag them to make them available.

  @myactivism did you try clearing your browser’s cache? perhaps you’ll have the same results.

  Hi. I am having a similar problem, but in my Sharing/Add Buttons section some buttons highlight in the preview and others do not. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest all are NOT showing when I “tap” the button, while Tumblr, WordPress, Reddit Print, Email, and Pocket DO show when I “tap” the button. AS this is immediately visible on the page, there is no doubt that the info is being blocked by something. I tried clearing cache, browser, etc in history, Disconnecting and Reconnecting to my services, and that is about it. If you could help, or point me to the fix, it would be appreciated. Thank you very much.
