Sharing buttons not visible

  I have sharing buttons selected (under Tools/ Marketing / Sharing Buttons), but nothing is visible when I go to my blog. Help?? Supposed to have Twitter share button, Facebook, Instagram, etc. How do my readers share the blogs on their social pages? Thanks!
