Sharing buttons using Hemmingway Rewritten Theme

    I’m looking for help with sharing buttons using the Hemmingway Rewritten theme. Are they not available for this theme in particular?

    Hi lifeapplication,

    I just installed the Hemingway Rewritten theme and created a test post. As you can see below, the sharing buttons do appear.

    However, they did not appear instantly. I had to wait a few minutes and refresh my page before I saw them. So, if your buttons don’t appear even after waiting, you may want to check you have sharing options enabled.

    Make sure the setting there look again.

    On top of that, you will want to check the local sharing settings for each post/page. Open the editing screen of any post/page. in the right menu, you should find an option titled “Sharing”. Make sure the options “Show Sharing Buttons” and “Show Like Button” are ticked. These local settings will overwrite any global settings you have made from the link above, so you will have to check out both of them.
