Sharing Front page on Facebook, etc. No data, image

I have a static page for the front page of my blog: http://www.backyardbrevard.com/
When I share it on Facebook or stumbleupon or any of the other sharing sites, all it shows is the URL http://www.backyardbrevard.com as well as an image that it is pulling from an old post, I guess. It does not provide any of the information from that page or an image from that page.
I THINK, this is because when I use a static page as my front page, the page does not show up in the URL, only the domain name shows up. If I post any of the other pages on Facebook, the correct information shows up.
Can anyone think of a way to fix this?
I do have a plugin called All in One SEO but I don’t think that is causing the problem. It seems to be that the problem is being created by the fact that wordpress does not show the page name on the URL for the home page.
