Sharing is not working…

  I watched the new share buttons video, did everything it told me, and none of the buttons are showing up on my page. I have searched your ‘help community’ and that didn’t work. The ‘share’ buttons should be on every page and I don’t seem on any of them. What am I doing wrong? The blog is… https://mozellemartinblog.wordpress.com – THANKS!

  Hi @mozellebarrmartin,

  Were you able to figure this out already? I just looked at your site and the share buttons are showing up and seem to be working when I click on them. If you’re still having trouble on your end, let me know.

  I tried both of your blogs on Chrome and Safari. The share buttons work for me, and take me to the right pages on your social media.

  For the 2nd blog, mozellemartinforensics.wordpress.com, I just see social share buttons on the main page in the header area, but they work for me.

  I checked on my Android phone and an iPad also, they show up there as well. They seem to be working, but I’m not sure why they’re not showing up for you? I’m sorry! I don’t know how helpful this is.

  If you still aren’t seeing them on your end, maybe a member of Staff can help shed some light on what might be going on. I’ll tag this just so someone can take a look at it.

  (a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
  (b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://supportdetails.com/

  Hi @mozellebarrmartin, I see share buttons on mozellemartinblog but not on mozellemartinforensics (on that site I only see social links in the header.)

  And mozellemartinforensics is under another account. But I can confirm it has sharing buttons disabled at wordpress.com/sharing.

  Thank you both!!

  Timethief – I am using the newest updated Chrome browser from my brand new desktop PC. However, when I look from my android phone (without being logged in), I still do not see the share buttons.

  I will go in and see if I can figure it out. Thanks again; appreciate your assistance.
