sharing issue

Once more, I am not receiving an email when my own blog is published nor does it appear in my reader, a way I verify it’s availability to other subscribers. This is the second time this is occurring this month!
I have made no changes in any sharing or email nor is it going to my spam folder.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Note that the last time this occurred, it needed to be fixed by WordPress and not through suggestions via the forum, unfortunately. However, I can not go directly to them without this first step.
