Sharing Media Libraries Between Two Blogs

Can I share the photos I upload in the media library between the two blogs on my account if I want to use the same photo on both blogs? Or do I need to upload the photos to the media library separately on each blog?

Technically you can link to images in one WordPress.com blog’s media library in your other WordPress.com blog’s media library but I wouldn’t do that. I would upload them into both blogs.
