How do I share my blog with specific people? People who have me to send them my blog post.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Friends and the like have asked me to send them a link to my blog. Is there a way I can put information into my blog (such as an email add or another blog address? And, I still don’t really understand what the Pingback thing is :-(

Hi Mark,
If friends or others are interested in checking out your blog, you have a couple options:
You can send them the direct link to your blog at http://magprotog.com/ and they can take a look at the whole thing. If they want to get regular email updates when you publish new blog posts, they can subscribe to the blog under “FOLLOW BLOG VIA EMAIL” in your blog’s sidebar.
If you’d just like to send a single blog post to a friend, you can send a direct link to the specific blog post, like this link for your latest post:
http://magprotog.com/2014/10/07/night-time-flyer/
Alternately, if you scroll down there you’ll see your sharing buttons under “SHARE THIS:” at the end of the post. You can click the “Email” sharing button to send that individual blog post to a specific person. (If someone wants to get all of your latest blog posts, though, I’d recommend having them subscribe to the blog rather than using this Email button over and over.)

Can you tell me please, as I have purchased the domain name magprotog.com, how do I get an email address that links directly to this? E.G (email visible only to moderators and staff) or similar. At the moment I do not have a website, and I am not sure if will get one as I intend to maximise my blog. I do have an email address with 123 – reg for which I pay an annual fee, and also a BT email address via Yahoo which I pay £1.60 per month for to BT. So, how do register an email address for my domain name please?

WordPress.com offers an Email Forwarding service you can set up here. With that service, you can set up an email address like (email visible only to moderators and staff) and any email sent there will be forwarded to you.
You can set that up from your My Domains page, by clicking the “Edit” button next to your domain. In the domain manager that pops up, you can head to the “Email” tab to set up email forwarding.
Alternately, you’re welcome to add email service with an email provider of your choice. If you’d like to go that route and have any questions about setting it up, just let me know and I can give you a hand.
