Hi there. If you want your blog to remain with WordPress.com but only appear on a certain area of your .org website, you can map your blog to a subdomain on your website, e.g. blog.yourdomain.com. See: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-subdomain/

Hi to all!
Sunbirdkim, you could use NextScripts, maybe, I don’t know… You can read more about this onto managewp ;) -
Hello, kokkieh!
Oho! ^^ “WordPress – Auto-submit your blogpost to another blog based on WordPress. This options includes WordPress.com, Blog.com, etc..” …I thought that meant the other way round., sorry ;) -
No problem. For future reference, if it says anything about installing a plugin, then know it can’t work here as we have absolutely no ability to install plugins. There are some cases where there are workarounds that can help, but this is the rule of thumb.

Sorry, I tried to figure out how to post some wp.com posts on to a .org install, as sunbirdkim uses them both (and so do I). Maybe it’s a bit hard for me to explain it clearly cause I’m french, but I can’t imagine wp.org is unable to call a post from wp platform. I know we may not talk about self-hosted sites on this forum, but since this question is both related, I decided to take a stab at it. Sorry again, have a nice day ;)

Just thinking now, there should be a plugin you can install on WP.org that captures your RSS feed from a WP.com blog and displays that on your .org site, like the Display WordPress Posts widget we can use over here. Your posts would not actually be duplicated on the .org site, but the feed will appear there and visitors can then click on it to read the post on your .com site.
You should be able to find more information on if there’s something like that on the .org forum (http://wordpress.org/support/)

The easiest way is to use an RSS feed. Note that publishing your content in two places causes search engines to downgrade BOTH sites as spam.
You may wish to consider just giving your WP.com blog a subdomain of your main site instead, so it’s at blog.whatever.com. This has no negative effect.

OK, thank you both of you ♥
(Raincoaster, I’m an alien, I don’t allow search engines to index anything ;p)
