Sharing my posts to social media

I have connected my social media accounts to my posts (through Marketing and Integrations) but can only share them with Facebook. LinkedIn and Instagram despite being connected my posts are not shared. Please help.

Hi there,
Is this an issue with your most recent post, but you have been able to share your content successfully in the past? I noted an issue with one of your recent posts where the image attached the to post was not accepted by Instagram, and we’d like to take a closer look to confirm the image specs were outside of their minimum requirements.
If you’ve had successful shares in the past, an example of one of those (along with an example of a post that did not share successfully) will help us to compare the two to see if we can spot any issues.

Hi @staff-totoro thank you for the response. Short answer, no, it was only shared on Facebook.
Here is what happened: I created a new user (Author) for her to post her own articles. She did but was able to share it on Facebook only, Instagram was not showing her post.
On the next post, I did it from my account but first I connected all her accounts using The Marketing/Connections option, see the screenshot below. However, when sharing the post it replicated only to Facebook. Neither LinkedIn nor Instagram seems to be integrated, and there is NO error message anywhere.

Hi @galarzaf, it sounds like Instagram Business expects the image to be smaller than the one you used. Can you try limiting the width of the featured image to 1440px max, to see if that helps? I’m also sharing this feedback with our team in hopes they can auto-resize that for Instagram in the future.
About the LinkedIn connection: I’m actually not seeing any errors or attempts on that. Can you make sure when you’re writing a post that the Linked In option is toggled?
