Sharing my site but it shows the wrong title

  When I try to share my site on any platform it shows the incorrect name.
  This is what comes up as a link:
  ARTANTIDOTE.CO.ZA

  How do I change it to show my proper page title and home page image? I am a rookie so this might be a stupid question but please help.

  Sorry, the original thread was wrong. I do not need help with meerkat25.wordpress.com.

  I need help with http://www.artantidote.co.za which is also a WordPress site. When I try to share it using the SharedCounts buttons at the bottom of each page, this is what comes up: ARTANTIDOTE.CO.ZA
