sharing numbers have disappeared

my sharing buttons on each post are still there but the numbers of times each post have been shared are no longer there?

What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the wordpress.COM hosted site you refer to please?
And, exactly which wordpress.COM username account registered that site?

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

If you have a self hosted wordPress.org site you must have a login for it somewhere. It is not possible to set up a site and not have a login for it.
