Sharing on Google

  Hi All

  I have a problem with the publicize function or sharing button. It works fine for Twitter and Facebook where my new posts are automatically sent out. However when I do the same with Google + I find that the post is only sent out “Shared only with you” which of course rather defeats the object!

  What am I doing wrong please?

  Hi Shaun,

  You can try these options:

  1) Firstly Go to My Sites-> Sharing and try to reconnect Google Plus. Just follow the steps in the Google Plus reconnecting support section.

  2)Secondly, as you mention the posts say “Shared on Only with you” –– just log into your google account and go to <a href=”
  https://plus.google.com/settings/”>Google Plus Settings page and in the “General Settings” section. Just make sure all the options in the drop-down are correctly selected, it might be selected to “Only You” you can change it to “Anyone” or “Your Circle” or “Your Extended Circle” as per your liking.

  Give this a go and re-check again, let me know how it goes.
