Sharing only one page to an editor

    Hi, I want to give an editor a link to only one of my published posts. Is this possible?

    Hi @nikkivshred, just to clarify, are you having them edit just that one post, or only view it? And to confirm, is the site you listed the correct one?

    If you’re giving them view only access, setting a password will do the trick.

    If you need to let them edit _only that one_ article that has not been published, I’d recommend making them a contributor, then making them the author of the article. As explained here, that would allow them to only edit their own articles, and not publish them.

    Assuming they’re just helping you proofread, you’ll be able to change the author back when you’re done. If you want to keep them as the article author, no problem — just keep them as a contributor and you can choose to publish anything they write for your site, or not.
