Sharing options
-
One of my articles, only one, is not showing any of my share options (LinkedIn, Twitter, Pin, Tumbler, etc…).
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
-
Also, on this one article, there is no ‘Like’ option, in addition to no sharing options.
Just on this one article. -
Hi there, could you please link to the post in question so I can have a look? Thanks!
It’s possible to disable likes and sharing options on individual posts, so perhaps that’s what happened?
-
Sorry, I should have thought of that.
Also, the entire article is not shown.
I have also noticed that there are several other articles where the ‘Like’ option is not there?I checked, the “like’ and ‘share’ options are not disabled.

Hi Lisa, thanks for the link.
I have also noticed that there are several other articles where the ‘Like’ option is not there?
Could I please get the links for those too? Thanks.

I’ve fixed this post:
http://lisaleaks.com/2013/08/22/nixons-enemy-list-archives-3/
You had a few bits of code that were breaking the display.
This is some code probably copied from Microsoft Word or another MS program:
<!--[if gte mso 9]-->Then there was some bullet list code interspersed with heading tags (h3) – it’s not advisable to put heading tags within a list, or things can break, as you’ve seen. :-)
I’ll be glad to look at the other problematic posts if you still need more help.

Thanks Kathryn!
I really appreciate your help!I’m not really sure what you mean “heading tags within a list.”
Thanks again!
-
You’re very welcome!
You had some subheadings within bullet lists.
For example, something like this:
<ul><li>List item</li> <h3>Heading</h3> <li>List item</li> <li>List item</li></ul>Mixing up the heading tags within the list code isn’t recommended.
Happy blogging!
