Sharing page updates

  Is it possible to share pages in the same manner as posts (ie. to Facebook, Twitter)?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Pages are for static content that rarely changes and they do not have an RSS feed like Posts do, so the answer is “no”.
