Sharing post on twitter shows wrong twitter handle

  Hi.
  I Changed my Twitter unsername from @bed_by_ten to @Educatingjess a while ago.
  When people click on the share button on my wordpress post, the tween adds “via @bed_By_Ten still. How can I make it say “via @educatingJess” ?
