Sharing posts via Twitter issue

  Hi all,

  At the bottom of my posts I have the Share buttons. When somebody clicks the “Tweet” button the window pops up with the blog name and address, however after “via”, it is displaying the wrong user name. It currently displays this:

  App News: iWork for iCloud Beta Update: http://wp.me/p5G0mg-7f via @SJHSMrGibbons

  When it should display this:

  App News: iWork for iCloud Beta Update: http://wp.me/p5G0mg-7f via @ThatEdTechGuy

  I’ve changed the “Twitter username to include in tweets when people share using the Twitter button.” field under Sharing settings, but nothing has changed. Any ideas?

  Hi there. This happens from time to time when people change their Twitter names under Settings ->Sharing. I’ll tag this for staff so they can fix it for you. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and be patient while waiting.
