Sharing published post on facebook timeline

  If i have already published a post and later want to share it to my facebook timeline, how can i do it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  How long did you wait for the cached data to update? Also, be sure you do not enter a valid Facebook page URL in the Facebook widget. This URL needs to be the URL that someone would use to visit your Facebook page (not a profile).
