Sharing settings – drag and drop
-
Hi, I am trying to drag and drop the social media sites – Facebook, Twitter, etc. – from the Available Services to the Enabled Services. When I drag them, they won’t drop in to the enabled services. Does anyone have any ideas as to why I can’t enable the sharing features?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This sounds like it could be a browser issue. Exactly which browser and version of it are you using? If you don’t know click here to find out > http://whatsmyuseragent.com/
Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
Is your browser version up to date? You can upgrade any browser version here. http://browsehappy.com/

I’ve tried it in Safari and Firefox – both are up to date.
Would it have anything to do with the theme I am using? I’m using Twenty Eleven.

I don’t think this is theme related. I think it’s more likely to be related to connectivity or browser issues. How are you connecting to the internet and to WordPress.com? The way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems. Are you using http:// or https:// see http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
