Sharing settings for added authors

    I have a 2 part question…

    Hey i have a couple people who write for my site. but when they post it doesnt share to my connected links (twitter, fb, etc.) is there a way to switch that?

    Also i made a whole other blog just so i can invite them to write, however they have the same access is there another way to invite them even if they dont have a wordpress site so i can see who is posting what. I dont want to give them access to my account either…
