  How can share a preview link of unpublished post with another user? What role I should grant him/her to preview unpublished content.

  You do not have to make them a user of your blog. To request feedback from someone, all you need is their email address. See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/writing-helper/request-feedback/

  Thank you so much .. that’s amazing never thought of it.

  One more little clarification: for the feedback link, should I insert an actual link or just leave it as [feedback-link] on the customize text, and the link will appear automatically for the percipient?
