Sharing with facebook shows old version with old title

  If I want to share my article with facebook it shows an old version with an old title. It works well though with twitter en Linkedin.

  My question is about my latest blog message “angst voor de leegte”. After I saved this message I changed the text en title. It shows in facebook with the old title “pionierplanten” and with an old version of the text if I try to share it with the facebookbutton. Does someone hace a solution? Thanks in advance
