Sharing with non wordpress users

  Hi
  I know this is a simple question, but can’t find a straightforward answer. Will people wanting to view my wordpress blog need to open a wordpress account. The settings for the blog are open to the public?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This site is public http://sevilla50.wordpress.com/ and everyone with internet access can visit it and view the content.
