Sharing with Pinterest

  Trying to add Pinterest to my list of shares in “Settings.” When I click on “Connect” it takes me to the Pinterest login page, but my login is rejected for invalid email or password.

  I have verified my email and password several times and I can access my Pinterest account without any problem when I go directly to Pinterest.com. I am only having trouble when I attempt to login from my WordPress settup page.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Ernesto,

  Please confirm that the Sharing button that you’re attempting to use is the one seen here:
  https://cloudup.com/cy-K62CJJ0a

  If so, could you please log into your Pinterest account first, then try the sharing button? Let me know if that works better for you.

  If you are attempting to connect via the Publicize settings on your Settings → Sharing page, Pinterest is not one of the options given. The social media sites seen in the link below are the ones supported on WordPress.com:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/

  If you’re trying to connect in a different manner, please let me know more details and I can assist further.

  oh! I think I see the problem. “Pinterest” and “Path” have identical icons. I am trying to connect with “Path” (thinking it’s Pinterest) and apparently I don’t have an account set up. I guess I’ll have to set one up.

  Thanks for the help, but don’t go too far. I want to make sure that works. :)

  Thank you. Right now I am just trying to decide if joining the Path social network is worthwhile. I don’t know anything about it and neither do my friends. Do you have any advice?

  I’m sure Path has its uses, but I do not utilize it personally. Neither does my social network. While it’s not used widely currently, I did find this article about its future for you:
