Sharing WP_Users between multiple WP and WPMU installs

  I have a site, with 2 WP installs and 3 WPMU installs. All on different DB’s. Is there a a way for me to sync the wp_users table between all sites so they stay the same and is always logged in. The role should be same too.

  I want to also use additional plugins for SSO logins with Xenforo and etc
