She says she can't follow my blog.

Hi WordPress. I’ve had an email straight to my inbox from (email visible only to moderators and staff). This is what it reads:
“Hullo N’n, the following is a copy of a message I’ve sent recently to WordPress Support. If you know how I can get to subscribe to your blogs, please let me know.
Prudence“I have been trying for three days to “follow” Noeleen Ginnane’s blog, wordsfallfrommyeyes. I keep getting emails telling me to click on “Confirm Subscription”. I do that, nothing happens. Then I am instructed to copy and paste a URL address, I do that, I go around in circles.
I think I have accidentally signed up to have EVERY BLOG ON WORDPRESS sent to my email address. I definitely do not want that.
Please could you arrange for me to have Noeleen Ginnane’s blogs only sent to my email address and cancel all the other emails containing blogs from other users of your site at this stage.”I have no way of helping this person, but I do ask you – are they a legitimate person? Is this spam direct to my inbox? It seems very specific, having my sign-off (N’n) and my proper name ‘Noeleen Ginnane’. It’s a little unnerving in that way.
Are you able to tell me please: (1) are they legitimate? (2) can you help them with their inability to follow me/why would they find it so difficult?
WordPress, this is my first time blogging, & I’m daring to put out there the first draft of my book POST-NATAL, SUICIDAL, DROP-KICKED MOTHERS. I don’t want to be scammed or conned or whatever. If you can possibly please tell me, is this for real and how can I help her, I would sincerely appreciate it.

There might be something wrong with her subscription, or her browser.
