Sheduled post to publish without me logging in

Is there any way to have the scheduled post to publish without me logging in? I do know how to schedule a post, but it will only appear when I log in after the stated date and time.
I am about to be off for some time without proper internet access and I’d like to fill my absence. I can schedule everything now, but it is pointless: everything will only appear when I get back and log in. Can I publish stuff while I’m away?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Thanks all for help.

Apparently the FAQ regarding the delayed posting is rubbish. It all works and not the way it is written there.

    Hello,

Did you find what you were looking for?

To be clear, when you schedule a post, the post will be published at the specified time and date without you having to log in at that time. That’s the whole purpose of scheduling, right? :)

There’s more on this here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/schedule-a-post/

    Hope this helps

Yes, I’ve figured it out. In fact that’s what my latest reply is about. The manual is wrong. It says:

Scheduled posts will be triggered by the first visit to your blog on or after the exact date/time you set. If you see that the scheduled time has come and gone and your post has not published, simply log out of WordPress.com and view your blog’s front page. Your visit should cause the post to appear.

Which is wrong. It should work the way it works and exactly like you describe. But according to the manual it only appears after you log in on or after the scheduled time.

So cutting a long story short – yes, it is all fine. Thank you. :)
