  I bought the theme Nowell but I’m not able to install it on my new site : http://www.saintanthony.it because it hasn’t the sheet style.css. How can I solve the problem?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Premium themes are not able to be transferred or downloaded from WordPress.com.

  However, you can try asking the theme author if they would be willing to provide a discount coupon or the theme files for you to download and use on your self-hosted WordPress.org site.
