Shelfari bookshelf widget

  I am trying to embed the shelfari bookshelf widget. Since it’s HTML, I put it in the text widget, but it only shows links to 3 of the books, not the bookshelf. I searched for this, but all discussions on the subject are closed. Please help.

  Hey there,

  I did a quick bit of searching around Google. Looks like the Shelfari widget uses Javascript, which WordPress.com strips out. The text links are all you’re gonna get out of it, unfortunately.

  thank you, timethief. What I do with the shelfari bookcase is with a quick fix now and then, I can show any books I want. Goodreads means deleting many books and trying to remember to add them back later.
