Shift Title Up on Welcome Page
-
Hi – I’m interested in moving the title of my welcome page to align with the top of the menu to the right. Is this possible?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi, to move the content up in line with the sidebar content on your main page, add the following to your custom CSS.
.home .hentry { padding-top: 0; } -
Thanks – it solved my problem. How do I shift all the other pages? Do I just replace “home” with the page title?

Howdy chantel! Just chiming in to help get your recent question answered.
If you remove .home, it’ll affect all pages. The .home focuses the CSS to the main homepage.
If you wanted it for specific pages, your suggestion is correct with replacing the home with the page title.

Hi – for some reason it is not allowing me to do so with the other pages? I am replacing home with the other page titles and I see no difference.

Hi, for other pages, you will need to use the unique page id CSS class from the opening body html tag. If you use your web inspector, in the html pane, typically on the left, you will see the unique CSS page id class. In the case of your About page, it would be
page-id-3
so you would do this..page-id-3 .hentry { padding-top: 0; }If you wish to do it on all pages and posts, you can use this instead
.hentry { padding-top: 0; } -
