  Hello, I´ve choosed the Snaps Theme for my website, but when I go to ‘customize’ there is a different theme. It is not Snaps theme. I don´t know what to do.

  Hi there,

  For the most part, changing your theme is a lot like changing the clothing on a mannequin. Your content (pages, blog posts, uploaded media) don’t go anywhere or change that much… they just assume the style of the new theme

  Or to look at it another way, if you switch to a new theme, the demo appearance of that theme is not added automatically.

  However, we are able to add the theme demo package to give you a head start in setting up your site. To do this however we will need to delete any contents you have on the site now. Everything you have at this point will be replaced by demo content.

  Do you have anything you need to save before you proceed? Let us know if you are ready to add the theme demo (and are OK with deleting what you have now) and we can get that set up for you.
