Shifting from godaddy yo word press

  Hi
  I am about to renew my annual subscription with godaddy but I want to shift to WordPress. I want to keep my Website as it is since it has good traffic.
  Can you help

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Hi there,

  let me explain two scenarios:

  1. Your site uses an open-source version of WordPress
  2. Your site uses the website builder offered by GoDaddy

  If it’s powered by WordPress, one of the methods described here can be used to migrate it to WordPress.com.

  If it was built using GoDaddy’s own website builder Since the GoDaddy builder isn’t compatible with WordPress, then follow this guide:

  There are two options for domain transfers as well:
