Shifting secondary blog to another account

  Hi i want to know how to shift a blog(secondary blog) to other email id( means i want to use 1 blog with one account)

  For example:- Suppose currently i’m running a account with name X,in which i have blog1 & blog2 as two different blog.Now i want to shift blog2 to my another account say Y. Whats the procedure for doing this?Is it possible?
