shifting tool bar

hello everyone. I normally find all the help I can get by reviewing the wonderful threads already made. I have however no luck in finding out how to fix my problem.
The sidebar tends to bury itself if you reload the page. After hitting reload several times it will either fix itself or if it was not doing the problem before it then begins doing so. I was wondering if anyone could direct me to the problem and how to fix it. I know it’s not anything I’ve added to the sidebar such as images because I removed them and it continued. I think it may have something to do with the header, perhaps? Thanks in advance for any help.

I’m sitting here with Netscape 7.2 and I’ve now done about 20 reloads with nothing wrong seen. May I ask what browser you are using? (Coming in from 152.15.103.*) Is it happening on a specific page or the home page or all of them?
