  I created my web site wuth URL http://www.shilpatech.com using wordpress blog. Now I want to edit the pages. Now I forgot the user name and pass word. Can I get help to retrieve the user name and pass word so that I can edit the site.

  Hi C K Ramarao,

  If you have tried the Password Reset Form using the registered email address and still unable to recover your account, the only way is to use the Account Recovery Form.

  In order to do that, retrieve the transaction ID from the WordPress.com receipt when you performed the purchase for your site and fill up the Account Recovery Form.
