  I need to retrieve my account with the name shimatoree. I have lost my password. My

  If you forget your password. If you need to reset a forgotten password, use the lost password form.

  Enter your WordPress.com username or email address into the text box and click Get New Password.

  If the account email address is no longer active and you are unable to reset your password, the account recovery form will be the only option for recovering the account:

  Recover Your Account

  Without access to the account email address or proof of ownership, I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you cover the account for security reasons.
