Shipping/Delivery Options

    I am creating an online store, and I would like to have 2 sets of products. One that is regular online store to be shipped by local post. But I also want a range of products that are only available for local delivery. I have created shipping zones via postcodes, but this just gives me two seperate options for shipping charges.
    I hope someone can help
