After trying to create a shipping label it asks me to add credit card, but I already have a credit card saved but it’s not letting me use it so I’m stuck because i can’t move forward and it keeps asking me to add a new credit card.

  • Hi there!

Some options you might try and test to see if they solve the issue are the following:

    1. Clear Cache and Cookies:
    2. Update WooCommerce and Plugins:
      • Ensure that WooCommerce and all related plugins are up to date. Outdated plugins can cause compatibility issues.
    3. Test for possible plugin conflicts:
    4. Check Payment Gateway Settings:
      • Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments and ensure that your payment gateway is correctly configured.
      • Verify that the saved credit card details are correctly stored and that the payment gateway supports saving and using stored cards.
    5. Re-enter Credit Card Information:
      • Even though you have a card saved, try re-entering the credit card information. There might be an issue with the stored card details.

That being said, I see your site is hosted with Unified Layer rather than WordPress.com so I can only share some general guidelines and recommendations since we’re not able to access the site. Take into account that by migrating your site with us you can enjoy our hands-on specialized WordPress support which could further help you with situations like this one and way more.
