  • Hi there,

The only site I see under your @jlynnjewelshoppes WordPress.com account does not appear to have ecommerce: https://jlynnjewelshoppes.wordpress.com/

Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

hi. the website is http://www.jlynnjewelshoppes.com yes its hosted through bluehost. however it leads me to WordPress once I log in to blue host. then again to add a card on file. All help is appreciated.

  • Hi there,

The site at https://jlynnjewelshoppes.com/ has no connection at all to your WordPress.com account, jlynnjewelshoppes, so adding billing details to this account won’t help you in any way.

The shipping labels feature is added by the WooCommerce Shipping plugin you have installed on your site. That plugin also requires your site to be connected to a WordPress.com username account via the Jetpack plugin, as billing for shipping labels is handled through WordPress.com. But http://www.jlynnjewelshoppes.com/ is connected to a completely different WordPress.com username.

In other words, you’re logged into the wrong WordPress.com account. You need to be logged in as the WordPress.com username that owns the Jetpack connection for that site.

Or alternatively, you need to create a new Jetpack connection to your jlynnjewelshoppes account. To do that, log into WP-Admin and click on Jetpack. Then follow the prompts there to connect to WordPress.com.
