Shipping Label Refund

    I purchased shipping labels on 1/31/2020 of this year and then experienced some life changing stuff. Now that i am ready to use these labels are they still good? or can I get a refund and reissue them. My original website crashed so I cannot go onto the platform and do it from the back end. Just looking for some assistance

    I see that you have a valid credit card connected to your account and therefore you should be able to generate new shipping labels.

    I hope your day has gotten off to a great beginning!

    Thank you for taking the time to reply to my inquiry.

    I went inside of my wordpress dashboard and looked under the billing history tab.

    That’s where all of my purchases are indeed listed; however, the only option I am given is to view & print the receipt.

    The website that I originally purchased the labels through, no longer exists.
