Shipping label with woohoo commerce shipping

    • I am extremely frustrated.
      When I try to add a card to purchase shipping labels for my wordpress.org website it directs me to the wordpress.com dashboard/ add a payment method tab. I input my details but it doesn’t update my card information into wordpress.org. I downloaded the plug in for woohoo commerce shipping and confirmed the settings & I still CAN NOT buy shipping labels. I made sure to update my email so it is correct and it matches. Can someone please help me. I have an orders I can’t fulfill because of this.  please help!!
