Shipping Labels not Printing on Dymo printer

  The Shipping Labels in wordpress are not Printing on Dymo printer? My dymo printer is connected and working though as I can print from it on the Dymo software on my computer – it just wont print any of the shipping labels from wordpress like it usually does?? HELP
