Shipping Location Not Updating

    Hello,

    When a user tries to update the shipping for a new product that I am shipping myself, it does not update the shipping location for the user if they are out of California. Someone from texas tried and it doesn’t work. The product is this one here https://calmswings.com/index.php/product/the-tradition-golf-hat/

    Any ideas? I have the shipping settings set for USA as the region, but I’m wondering if since most of the other products are shipped through Printify, if that could be conflicting with the Woocommerce shipping?

    Thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately, the site is not hosted on WordPress.com which means I don’t have any access to help you troubleshoot things further.

    Looking at that site I can see it’s hosted on Hostgator. There’s a volunteer network available for folks who run their own WordPress installations, which is how you’re set up.
