Shipping methods not showing on my site checkout (mobile only)

    There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help. I have the zones correctly set up, I have deactivated and reactivated each plugin individually, tried changing the flat rate/free options, and still – the only way a shipping price is offered is if the customer logs in before, or if you ‘calculate shipping’ on the page before (which is impractical), as some – if not all customers will skip straight to checkout.
