Shipping money is missing

  Hey there, I need help to figure out where my money for shipping goes. When people buy products on my site, they are being charged shipping fees, however when PayPal send me money for the transaction, shipping money is not included. I called PayPal and they said it is wordpress’s fault. I can’t figure it out on my own. Please help
