Shipping not calculated on checkout

    Hi,

    I integrated my site with PayPal the system standard payment is what i am trying at the moment. However I realised that shipping cost is not included in the checkout. On the woocommerce, I put in flat rate since that is what is provided but the items are individually priced. On the checkout there is no shipping fee both on woocommerce and paypal. Please help thank you.
