  Hello, on my postage page my customers are unable to select a region when entering a postage address. I’ve lost so many sales because of this please can you help me fix this ASAP. Warm regards

  Hey there, we can only really help with sites we host. These are the forums for sites that use our free service, and you might have meant to post in the forums for the free WordPress software:

  That said, I’d recommend working through these steps to set up Shipping Zones in WooCommerce. That’s the likely culprit.

  Then if you need more help, there’s a forum just for WooCommerce at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce . I’d ask there and share what you’ve tried.
