Shipping problem
-
Please help, if there is any solution to this problem at all.
I set up an online shop with about 100 products and set shipping prices for each one because the customer wanted it. Because some of the products have variations, I did this with the WooCommerce Shipping Per Product plugin.
Everything was ok until the client realized that shipping costs were too high. He now asks that only shipping for the first product be charged at fixed prices, while others in the cart have a unique value of, let’s say, $ 5 a piece. (Eg $ 40 + $ 5 for two or $ 40 + $ 10 for three) The biggest problem is that shipping prices are not the same for every product.
I tried all available plugins. But either I get the high shipping price again (as it was $ 40 + $ 40)
or low ($ 5 + $ 5), but I’m constantly failing to do what I need. I apologize for the confusion, but I hope you understand what the problem is.
I also hope there is some solution, so if you know it please write it. -
Hi there,
If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:
https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/
But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
These forums are for WordPress.com hosted websites. If you want to know the difference between the two, you can find more information in this document:
